2009 Annual Seminar a success
Nearly 75 government information officers from across North Carolina gathered in Raleigh on Thursday, Nov. 5, for the NCAGIO Annual Seminar. The opening session included a broad discussion on how public information officers can use social media to communicate with their target audiences. At the end of the day, the 2009 Awards of Excellence were presented, and members elected the 2010 officers. A wrap-up of the seminar will be posted soon, including the presentations from presenters and a list of award winners.
